Hello Per,
My name is Barbara and I am with the iTunes Customer Support Team. I understand that you accidentally purchased some in-app add-ons and would like to be refunded. As an iTunes customer myself, I have had a similar experience before, and I will be very happy to get this matter taken care of for you.
I have processed the refund Per. In three to five business days, a credit of 1066.00 SEK should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
With iPhone OS 3.0 or later, you can purchase subscriptions and extra content from within an application using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Some examples of in app purchases are bonus game levels/maps, additional experience points, subscriptions, and recurring services.
Per, in app purchases can only be made from within an app. When you make an in app purchase, you will see a dialog with the item’s name and cost for the in app purchase. You must tap Buy in order to proceed with your purchase. Once you tap Buy, you’ll be required to enter your iTunes Store account password.
Every time you make an in app purchase, you will be asked to confirm your purchase by tapping Buy. If it has been less than 15 minutes since your last iTunes Store purchase or sign-in, you will not be required to type in your account password again.
Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.
The iTunes Store provides a warning message that asks if you are sure that you want to buy an item. This warning can be turned off. If you would like to make sure that this warning is on, you can reset the warnings in the iTunes Store by following the instructions in this article:
Resetting iTunes Store warnings
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1734You can also restrict in-app purchases. Turning on Restrictions:
To Enable Restrictions, tap Enable Restrictions and enter a passcode. The passcode will be required to make changes to these settings.
Per, it has certainly been a pleasure assisting you today. If you need any other assistance, please reply to this email, and I will be very happy to help. I would like to thank you for being an iTunes customer. Have a great day!
Sincerely,
Barbara Jacobs (Charlotte, NC)

Alltså:
1. Pengarna tillbaka direkt.
Tack för det!
2. “Please note that this is a one-time exception”
Extra kontroll i appen? Default att inte godkänna köp In App? Fler spärrar i barnspel än i övriga appar? Men hanteringen måste förbättras.
